A General Dentist can apply for this licence with just their degree and no experience is required.
DENTAL HYGIENIST

Dental hygienist usually meet the patients before the dentist and discuss how to properly care for their teeth. Their duties are cleaning teeth, examining patients for oral diseases, and educating patients on preventative dental care practices.

They work under the supervision of a General or Specialist Dentist.

A Genereal Dentist can not apply for this License.
GENERAL DENTIST

General Dentists do all the basic skilled treatment in dentistry and supervise the staff in the clinic.

Duties include diagnosis, treatment plan, perform procedures like restoration, extraction, root canal treatments, crown & bridge procedures etc.

They can assist Specialist dentists in complicated dental procedures.
SPECIALIST DENTIST

Dental specialists are dentists who receive additional training in a specific dental specialty, above and beyond their general dentistry degree.
